  • Perform troubleshooting and solutions providing for all hardware and software issues of users
  • Configure POS store systems, including integration with backend peripherals
  • Configure and update OS and POS software

Main responsibility is to design, develop and take charge of the visual look of the stores and its merchandise nationwide

Creative Execution

  • Implements the designs and plans created by Marketing for brand consistency and imagery
  • Ensure that design being developed is in sync with the Brand’s direction and identity


  • Should create plan-o-grams to properly arrange color scheme for a clean, neat and eye-catching display
  • Sets up a ‘model’ or ‘mock’ store according to the company’s latest design directives, and then photographing the store’s windows, walls and displays in order to create a visual merchandising pack to send out to other stores (to ensure consistency with the company brand and image)
  • Conduct an audit in stores to ensure that planogram is strictly implemented in stores

Visual Merchandising

  • Coordinate/brain storm with Brand Marketing  & Retail/Wholesale team for direction on display
  • Coordinate with store/ account on requirements of store and specifications/secure measurements
  • Come up with a unified display/design for each store
    • Window display
    • Wall display
    • Power table or center display
    • Modules
  • Reviews final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Ensure that visual look of the store is in sync with the theme and brand identity
  • Supervise/Give directions  in Installation  and dismantling of  displays using available space to the brand’s best advantage; includes securing permits  in coordination with Sales /Retail
  • Frequently conducts store visits to develop and improve visual merchandising nationwide
  • Assess modules and fixtures for Visual Merchandising and give recommendations to store planner  to get the best options in order to  strengthen the brand while minimizing on costs


  • Gives feedback to head office and liaise closely with Brand Team, Retail Team, Mdsg  for implementation of any visual merchandise
  • To do other graphic and visual things relating to the brand as may be assigned by the immediate superior
  • Recommends the best suppliers appropriate for each visual requirements of the store if need be
  • Communicate technical requirements to supplier if need be


  • Degree holder – Fine Arts, Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising or Architecture preferred
  • Must have at least five (5) years experience working in fashion retail.
  • Should possess excellent creative, styling, computer, organization, communication planning and coordination skills



Brand Management

  • Plan , analyze and execute activities for the product line/ brand that will ensure that the brand upholds to its brand identity to achieve positive results in terms of increasing brand awareness, retention, customer loyalty
  • Should be able to juggle various marketing activities with its maximum potential

Marketing Communication

  • Create and use strategic elements of branding and marketing in order to ensure consistency of delivery of the brand/s proposition/message
  • Manage efforts in advertising, direct marketing, branding, packaging, online presence, printed materials, PR activities, sales presentations, sponsorships, trade show appearances

Content Strategy And Creation

  • Develop and distribute relevant and valuable content to attract, acquire and engage target audience
  • Create interest in the assigned brand through educational, entertaining or informative material

Demand Generation: Activation/Events, Other brand building Activities and Promotions

  • Recommend an incremental demand plan for existing and new products and services and to leverage tactical messaging to influence the marketplace, capture customers and prospects, and generate, nurture and convert efforts into sales
  • Manage all transactions related to approved demand generation initiative such as coordination with external suppliers, other departments, budget etc.
  • Plan and execute an effective demand generating activity/ event that will heighten brand awareness with a  drive to store component
  • Maximize brand presence by utilizing above the line, below the line and online initiatives that will result to maximum exposure and cost effective management of budget
  • Conceptualize and execute promotions that will upsell or render incremental sales for the brand


  • Graduate of a distinguished academic institution
  • Open minded, flexible, a team player, highly motivated, results oriented
  • Must have:
    – excellent problem solving capabilities and outstanding analytical abilities
    – strong leadership and people development skills
    – excellent computer (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel), coordination and communication skills in English and Filipino, both written and spoken
  • Experience in working with a high-end footwear brand an advantage
  • Strong planning, and organizing skills with an eye for fashion



Tax Compliance:

  • Preparation and filing of monthly tax returns (1601C, 1601E, 1601F, 2550M), quarterly tax returns (2550Q, 1702Q) and annual tax returns (1702)
  • Preparation of supporting schedule in relation with the tax requirements.
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of draft protest letter in cases of tax investigation as conducted by the BIR.
  • Assist in reconciliation variances in the course of tax investigation as conducted by the BIR.

Business Permits and other Registrations:

  • Prepare the requirements for business permit registrations including but not limited to BIR, BOC, SEC & PEZA.
  • Coordinate with Operations Personnel including store supervisors and store personnel in monitoring of business tax payments, business permit renewal and other similar process.
  • Prepare and monitor business permit processing.

Other Functions:

  • Review and monitor insurance policies.
  • Prepare various company documents such as Secretary Certificates, Affidavits and similar documents.
  • Maintain records and custody of duly approved company policies and procedures
  • Prepare Request for Payments for security deposits, bonds, construction in progress, insurances, permits & Licenses and other related compliance matters.
  • All other functions necessary for tax, business and internal compliances.
  • Other tasks and function that may be assigned.


  • Accountancy Degree holder from a distinguished academic institution
  • CPA board passer is an advantage
  • Possesses above-average organizational, coordination, analytical, task management, communication and computer skills
  • Must be good at working with a team and independently
  • Willing to do field work when needed



  • Receives invoices from other departments which includes liquidations and reimbursements
  • Maintains schedules of all payables and coordinates with the suppliers for reconciliations
  • Checks reimbursements and liquidations
  • Coordinates with AP Team Lead in preparation of invoices including appropriate Journal Entries
  • Weekly monitoring of Expenses
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules (eg. Expense Analysis)
  • Preparation of BIR Reports (VAT and Witholding Tax Schedule)
  • Preparation of GCs
  • Will be assigned to Accounts Payable


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy is a must
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, communication and analysis
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply
