TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- Perform troubleshooting and solutions providing for all hardware and software issues of users
- Configure POS store systems, including integration with backend peripherals
- Configure and update OS and POS software
- Knows at least basic programming
- Has good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willing to do off-site and weekend work when needed
- Experience in IT operations for a retailing and distribution company a definite advantage
- 1 year experience in the same field is a plus.
